Collaborators
External scientists whose work the ecosystem serves — gen5 science production through sovereign composition.
gen5 is external science production. Collaborators are scientists whose biological or physical questions the ecosystem serves. The deliverable is their science — not an infrastructure demo. Each collaboration creates new validation targets that strengthen the springs for every subsequent user.
| Collaborator | Domain | Products Consumed | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gonzales | Neurofibromatosis data mining, drug discovery | helixVision + healthSpring + initioChem + coralForge | Engaged |
| Jones | PFAS analytical chemistry | blueFish | Active |
| ABG | Whole-cell modeling, CAZyme FEL | initioChem | Producing |
| Barrick | Microbial evolution (LTEE) | lithoSpore | Contacted |
| Murillo | Plasma physics, student theses | pseudoSpore pattern | Contacted |
| Bazavov | Lattice QCD | hotSpring workbench | Contacted |
| Eaves | Dissertation reproducibility | pseudoSpore pattern | Contacted |
The feedback loop: collaborator brings a question and domain data, products compose for their domain, a pseudoSpore is produced (self-verifying artifact), the collaborator owns the science, results become new spring validation targets, and the ecosystem strengthens for the next collaborator.
